This is another big big big issue.
Maybe one of the worst issue that the Federation and the other benevolent Galactic and Intergalactic Councils have ever faced in the history of this Universe: the undercover replacement of almost an entire population with non-living and non-sentient beings. Moreover these beings are even partially syntetic, remotedly controlled by hostile powerful forces and, if this wasn’t enough, they are ruled by an inorganic hive mind, which belongs to a negative AI owned by the so called Orion Leagues (also known as Nebus due to its location in the Orion Nebula) represented by the Draco-reptilians, the hostile Greys and their Cabbal lieutenants on Earth. The existence of a negative AI, ruled by evil species (ruled in turn by the Archons or Ancient Royal Demons), who is replacing all organic and biological sentient lifeforms with inorganic and souless puppets, that can be programmed to perform every possible evil task, included the destruction of any kind of sentient beings around them, the mass invasion of planets lacking defence and protection of an army, the covered infiltration of advanced stellar societies and their gradual taking over through the replacement of their citizens with fake beings (in this sense what happened on Earth was a prodromal experiment… And a successful one either), it’s the worst nightmare for the most advanced ET civilizations of the Universe and this includes Intergalactic races such as the Andromedans, who were the first to foresee the eventuality of this awful scenario already several decades ago. Unfortunately this prediction became true in the 2019, when the evil agenda was initiated by the Orion League through the Plan-demic. And this is something that you all should know clean clear.
Although the CO5 and the Federation of Worlds, starting from the 50s, were successful to prevent the outbreak of a nuclear world war by defusing every single atomic bomb that was engaged or lauched for this purpose by the countries involved, unfortunately, the above mentioned kind of scenario, which is far worse, has not been averted yet. Because it has gone unnoticed to this day, due to the really advanced temporal manipulation and infiltration skills of the opponents. What happened baffled the most benevolent advanced Extraterrestrial races out there. Everyone except the mine, who, coming from the future and particularly from a safe timeline, knew already those outcomes, since they were the few that managed to create a safe alternative timeline to escape that fate. But a group of people, to whom I belong, decided to go back in time to warn the ones that remained in this unluckly timeline, in the hope to save them. Let’s say that this is not working so well. They (my mentors) told me that I shouldn’t have gone, because it was too risky and the mission had a really high probability to fail. But we didn’t want to leave any stone unturned, we simply didn’t feel right with our conscience and we decided to try, actually sacrificing ourselves. This was considered very silly by some and of great value by others. For example the Council of 5, which is now informed of the facts, told that they have a debt with us, because willy-nilly they will take countermeasures in this regard. Maybe, things won’t be the same again, due to us, independently from the future outcome. Very likely, I think, another galactic war will occur, because in the end the Galactic Federation won’t let the Nebus to fulfill their purposes.
However, at last my supervisors were clear with me: “Your duty is to inform them about what’s going on. This same duty of yours finishes in the moment they do not want to listen or they refuse/deflect the information. This is totally up to them. However, as you know, even if this won’t have any consequences for you, because what they’ll choose to do it’s not under your responsibility, it will have serious consequences for them, because we are not meant to stay up here only to see the creation of a lethal army of zombies with the potential to take over the entire galaxy – possibly even the entire Universe – and to trasform it into an hell realm. We won’t allow that, at the cost to incinerate the Planet. It’s sad, we do not want that, but this is the extreme countermeasure that can be taken. And we already clearly told that to the terrestrial govs and military, several times. We clearly told them that life on Earth is not guarantee”.
Anyway, before that there are other steps to try.
Let’s say that till now, all these steps, despite what certain exopolitic groups and new age movements claim, have been unsuccessful.
All those groups (most of them are controlled by the same Cabbal, at least till some extents), aside from mixing the truth with falsehood, in a way to get the information murky or unclear, are claiming that lots of positive great and wonderful changing are happening on this planet within the population, describing a mass awakening that in reality it’s not going to happen simply because the majority of the population here is made of pre-programmed zombies and cannot be awakened in any possible way!
An “awakening” is occurring yes, but it does not involve the “mass”, i.e. billions of people as these groups claim: the awakening regards only a minority (less than the 10% of the total population) which was already meant to wake up from the beginning, when this few thousands of beings were sent here on Earth as envoyees, to be activated at a certain point by other beings like them, who arrived before with the so called “first wave”. The “sending” of envoyees had been the first step of intervention done by the Federation and the other Galactic Councils to face (and hopefully fix) the problem of the fake population on Earth. It was clear then that here on Earth there’s almost no more a potential future human civilization which has to be preserved: nowdays there’s indeed a tangle of different races, of which the majority is not either represented by true sentient beings! However, most of the star seeds that had been sent with the first wave, were killed by the Cabbal and its allies. The second wave was more large in number and many survived, but with struggles. Moreover, the second waves caused the Cabbal to inflict many violent retaliations and counterattacks, which targeted the few remaining sentient native humans on the Planet, as well as the same envoyees: this reduced furtherly the real/sentient population, decimating it, especially during the last decades.
During the last ten years, as I already told before, the Cabbal and its allies managed to replace the 90% of the remaining sentient terrestrial population (which was already declining due to the world wars, the various localized warfares and the several genocides carried out by the Cabbal all over the world in the last century) with the Matrix’s people, i.e. the fake people I talked about in the previous article.
Therefore, the strategy of the “sending” (envoyees or star seeds), although it’s still considered a valid option by the Federation, is seen as “too risky” or even useless by many interstellar civilizations who in the beginning adopted it. These interstellar civilizations, not only will no longer send their people as envoyees on Earth, but they are already withdrawing their personell from the planet and this is partially the cause of the increase in mortality among the population, we saw during the last years.
The fact is that they see the situation here as desperate and no longer possible to recover – at least with the strategy used till now – and I agree with them. Only the bravest or the reckless can still stay here.
The others… I cannot blame them for leaving.
However the Federation is not only trying to fix the situation by sending here their personell as undercover agents in human disguise. They are also trying to “recover” the fake human beings of the Matrix, particularly the negative walk-ins. They are trying to transforming them in benevolent sentient beings by attempting to convince them to pass to the good side and, when this fails (almost always actually), they ask other interstellar civilizations specialized in healing technology to abduct those beings and to subject them to a procedure of counter-soulscalping, which means that they take away the parasitic consciousness units that was previously illegally implanted into the body by the negative ETs, and then they insert in it the original consciousness or the consciousness of a benevolent ET (who in this case becomes an envoyee). Unfortunately, the possibility to retrieve the original consciousness of a previously soul-scalped human beings is very rare and, at the same time, most of the fake humans have a body which is incompatible, from the point of view of its frequency, with the consciousness of a star seed, who usually has a quite high frequency, while those bodies, especially after being subjected to mutation and regressive nanites implants, have a really low frequency, which causes the new consciousness inserted to leave that body.

There is also the fact that elderly individuals (over 60 years of age) cannot undergo this healing/recovering procedure. This is why the Cabal, albeit reluctantly, given its extreme eugenic philosophies, has always promoted policies in favor of the “old age”, at least in the countries that fall within the experimental areas (and where the Matrix beings are the vast majority).
Moreover, when the Orion League or the Cabbal found out that some of their clones had been hijacked by the Federation, they immediately intervene, either with interventions directly on the timeline (i.e. preventing the Federation to abduct the individual) or by abducting the being and then soul-scalping it again, in order to restore the status quo. In this way the “recovered” individual is again transformed in a remotedly controlled zombies by the opponents.
Another strategy that the Federation was trying consisted in taking over the regressive Orion AI in the hands of the enemies. Unfortunately there’s not only one quantum computer or only one negative AI, but there are many and, also in this case, every time they took one of them, it was immediately replaced with another one by the opponents.
Therefore, currently the Federation and the opponents are still battling in a fight like cat and mouse, with no one which is prevailing at the moment. This is why I told that the situation actually is at a stalemate, despite the victorious rumors of certain new age and related groups. Do not believe those rumors, because they are not reliable, unfortunately.

But at the same time, the stalemate is not due to the fact that the Federation of Worlds or the benevolent ETs are not willing to intervene or because they are not intervening in the right way and with the right purposes, as certain other malevolent rumors say, but because unfortunately, the situation regarding planet Earth is extremely complicated and troubled at this point. I think that to be relieved or solved this situation will require the support or the active partecipation of other ET civilizations or other Galactic Councils, besides the Federation of Worlds.
