I have also other information about the Cabbal, directly from my off-planet sources, which are not directly related to the Federation (even if they cooperate with it), nor to the Earth’s governments (and even less to the Cabbal), but I cannot share freely them because they are still classified.
My sources told me that currently the situation on Earth is at a stalemate. Unfortunately the Cabbal managed to attack humanity from several fronts (the Corona, the mass psyop, the mutagenic serums, the last false US Election, the geoengineering interventions passed for global warming and a climate changing, the food and water global crisis, the 5G, the World War, the nuclear threat, the fake alien invasion, the WEF transhumanist agendas, the financial and economical bankruptcy and so on and on), cornering also the few politicians which are not aligned with the diabolical Agenda 2030.

But in addition to the Cabal and to the Federation, there’s another “force”, a really powerful off-planet force, which is competing with the Federation and it is not the same one that many exopolitic groups claim to be (the Dracos), but another ancient civilizations that recently came back (in 2022) and reclaimed its rights on this planet and over the same population. This civilizations claimed to be the creator and the legitimate progenitor of Homo Sapiens on this planet (even if there are many doubts about the reliability of that statement) and it is creating a diplomatic case around Earth that has hindered the Federation itself and its plans. Not to mention that the Draconians support secretly both the Cabal and this civilization even if they claim to be neutral during Councils. I can only say that this civilizations has to do with Nibiru, which actually is a planet-spaceship with a very long orbit. After coming back to our solar system and reclaiming the ownership of planet Earth, included its human population, they declared to the Federation that the planet and the humans went “too far”, deeming them a total unsuccessful experiment and rating them irrecoverable. Therefore they set the intention to reset the entire planet Earth and its inhabitants, firstly by shutting down the Matrix and then causing another younger dryas like the one that occurred 12,500 years ago. The complete and sudden shut down of the Lunar Matrix (included its gravitational engines) would cause the poles reversal and a global cataclysm with a mass extintion event. The Federation has asked them to give humanity a chance in trying to defeat the Cabal and to solve our problems, before proceeding with this drastic reset, but there are huge suspicions that this civilization is backing off to bring the Cabal to victory so that they can have the pretext to proceed with the reset. What the members of the cabal don’t know is that also they would be the first to be destroyed in any case. However, there are evidences of long-term Draconian infiltrations also within the Cabal: the Draconians have always been allied with the civilization that reclaimed rights on Earth and they are interested as well in the destructive Cabbal Agendas, so that their allies can proceed with the planetary reset as a consequences. In fact, after the reset they both would divide and share the planet creating a totalitarian system based on the slavery of a new species of inhabitants, as it was with humans in ancient Egypt (7000-8000 years ago). What they do not know is that the Federation is starting to smell a rat and in case they would succeed in their plan a galactic war will occur in order to take back the planet, since there are rumors about the fact that in a near future, Earth would be the origin of a galactic dictatorship ruled by a regressive species.
However, there are also other threats to face for us. We know that the Cabbal and particularly the Davos Élite (the transhumanist faction) has tied secret agreements with the hostile greys (Tall Greys and Maytres), before 2019, as I told you previously, in order to transform the human population in the same Greys hybrids ruled by their regressive AI, which was the actual goal of the Corona and the pLandemic. This is another can of worms so to speak, but from what I learned, the Federation managed to avert it, at least in some extents.

In regards to the liberation of the Earth from the Cabbal and from the reptilian aegis, there is also a further big obstacle, which is delaying the process, namely the one represented by the recalcitrance of the so-called “neutral ET races”.

In fact there are ET species who define themselves as “neutral” with respect to the Earth and other planets and who are in any case full members of the Federation of Worlds. We are not dealing with highly evolved civilizations, such as level 5 or 6 civilizations like Lyrans and Arcturians, but mainly with level 1 civilizations. We consider a level 1 civilization the one that does not have conflicts, wars, injustices, slavery, violence, murders and crimes within itself between similar or between evolved species living on the same planet… In this sense the current terrestrial human population is a zero-level civilization, because it lacks these essential requirements to be a stellar civilization: zero-level civilizations, simply called “populations”, are subjected to a “quarantine”, i.e. they are not given the possibility to legally leave the planet they inhabit and to visit other planets and stars.

However, these neutral civilizations within the Federation are stonewalling the approval of the interventions needed for the liberation of Earth’s population from the Cabal and the Reptilians and other hostile entities, as they see the future interstellar earth human civilization (which would result from the liberation itself) as a possible competitor in the cosmic niche that they have carved out to in turn become interstellar civilizations and earn their place as members of the Federation.

In conclusion, these neutral civilizations (which therefore are not so neutral, except probably from a military point of view), see the evolution of the human population on Earth and its transition to a level 1 interstellar civilization, as well as a member of the Federation, like a threat for themselves, to be avoided in every way. Since the diplomatic weapon is the only one legally allowed to them and since within the Federation the votes of a level 1 civilization are worth as much as those of a level 5 or 6 civilization, at the current moment the actual coalition of several neutral low level civilizations is preventing the approval of interventions in favor of the earth’s population by the Federation, even when the latter does not have its hands tied by bureaucracy (the prime directive and others) and it could instead intervene.

What these civilizations do not know, or do not want to understand, is that unfortunately, if not adequately fixed, the troubled situation that now only concerns earthlings is destined to expand to the whole galaxy (and therefore also to them), since the Cabal and its allies will not limit themselves (as already happened in the recent past) to impose their absolute totalitarian power over the earthlings, but for sure they will want to extend it elsewhere, at least to the whole Galaxy. And it is this worst-case scenario (i.e. Galactic Dictatorship) the one that the Andromedans reported to Alex Collier about their predictions regarding future timelines.
