The whistleblower talking here in the video is Richard Doty, a retired special agent of the US Air Force and as many retired personell of the US military branches he is quite reliable about what he claims. I myself verified his reports accurately crossing the data he released during the last years (2017-2023) on Gaia TV as well as in other contests and I concluded after long-term analysis that he is very accurate and truthful about what he says. In particular he disclosed many details about Roswell incident and the off-planet collaborations with US’s intelligence and military in the past decades, clarifying lots of elements that before his depositions were still quite murky.

Moreover, I received confirmation about his reliability and truthfulness even from my off-planet sources and from other benevolent ETs civilizations with whom I had contact in the past, in particular from an ET that identified himself as “EBE” (acronym of Extraterrestrial biological entity). As I will explain better in my next articles, I received lots of information from this being, even before I was contacted by those who I named “Booties”. But I will release more details about that topic later as I already said above.

In 2018 I received a direct contact request from a benevolent ET.
A contact request is a telephatic message OR a physical/etheric appearance of an ET vehicle or an ET being. These request can occur during daytime, in dream (lucid dreams) and/or during meditation.
In this case the contact occurred during daytime through an etherical appearance of the being (EBE) and a long telephatic message (i.e. a conversation) was delivered immediately after while I entered in a meditative state.
Note that for sceptics these are unreliable experiences of contacts, but you should know that advanced ETs have very evolved psychic abilities and since they are more easily targeted by military and intelligence forces here on Earth when they manifest themselves in a physical form, they prefer psychic and etherical means of communication when they have to contact Earthlings. Think about how ridiculous are the mainstream media parrots: they try to debunk contactees by claiming that since nothing exists beyond physical matter psychic and etherical contacts are  falsehood, while at the same time the Deep State does everything in its power to prevent ETs’ contacts at a physical/material level (included threatening and also killing both the ETs and the contactees!).
I was just finished to watch a video of an interview of Richard Doty about the Roswell incident which involved the EBENS (the ETs species related to the incident itself). As suggested during the video by the host of that interview (Emery Smith, another former military officer and whistleblower), I was also viewing some videos and photos about the so called “Skinny Bob ET” on web. Even if in that moment I thought that the so called “Skinny Bob” of the footage was a Zetareticulian, like the Extraterrestrials retrieved after Roswell incident, I discovered years later that actually the Skinny Bob’s footage (leaked from a KGB source) is not a Zetareticulian, but another species of ET, in particular an Emerther.

However since the acronym “EBEN” is so generic (indeed the term was chosen after the very first contact between an Extraterrestrial being, i.e. the one retrieved at Roswell, and the US military) it can be applied to any kind of Extraterrestrial being endowed with a physical and biological organic body. The term in fact differentiate the Grey organic ET races, that are usually benevolent and the inorganic or syntetic ones, which are usually malevolent.

Therefore, even if in the end the ET with whom I had a contact that evening was not the same species of the ones that crashed at Roswell with their craft long time ago, the footages of “Skinny Bob” are actually autentic pics of a real ET being leaked from a KGB source, taken at an underground facility in Russia several decades ago. Moreover, the EBE here, as it resulted from the conversation we had, seemed to be very well informed on the events concerning Roswell incident: in some way, in fact, he and his species shared the same task that the Zetareticulians were doing at that time on Earth, particularly the protection of the planet from the nuclear threat. This is why, the two crafts retrieved near Roswell were actually flying over a military base where some nuclear bombs were stocked.
As I was focusing on the footages of “Skinny Bob”, I started to deeply feel compassion toward that poor ET being caught by the military and therefore left to an uncertain fate.
While I thought that, a pale, thin and little being appeared with a misty texture in my room. He was peaceful and kind. And he told me telepatically that he wanted to talk with me. “I am EBE. I am here to answer your questions, if you want to”, he told. “Of course I want!”, I said mentally to him.
Then, the chat with him began for the first time. I was not afraid, nor disturbed by him, but very pleased and happily surprised by his contact, as if I was meeting with a celebrity.
But there was also a touching feeling behind, as if I was reunited with an old friend after a long time.
I made lots of questions to him. His answers were very concise but detailed and even if I was a little bit confused in my way to do my questions, he answered as if he knew exactly what I wanted to know. He seemed to know what I wanted to know better than me. This because he was able to read my mind, my intentions and my needs. ETs are better in reading others’ minds than any psycologists on Earth.

You have to know that, for long and discursive answers, the ETs do not engage themselves in long and elaborated verbal explanations as humans do here on Earth, neither telepatically. They gave you a bulk of infos through a telepatic download based on images sequences, feelings, sensations and perceptions, as if you are watching an entire movie in few minutes. It’s up to you to sumarize and elaborate those infos later in order to make them available to be read or understood by another human.
Since I was little bit messy in doing my questions to him, at least in the beginning and regarding the historical matters, I reorganized all the related questions I did to him in the first following 5 points based on the answers he gave me.

1- What happened in the 50s of the last century?  After Roswell and his capture, EBEN1, the only Zetareticulian alive retrieved, gave the military some alien technologies, in the hope that they would be studied and used to benefit humanity, but, despite the military’s promises, this was not the case.  On the contrary, they were used to produce weapons of mass destruction and the Zero-Point Energy devices that would have solved all the problems of scarcity of resources and pollution linked to fossil fuels, were requisitioned and covered up by private corporations and secret associations (i.e. the so called military industrial complex), thus making them unusable by the most part of humanity, who is still forced to face these old problems alone, that in reality had already a remedy.  Later then, both the two captured EBENS and individuals of other benevolent alien species visiting Earth, no longer wanted to collaborate with the military.  From that moment on, therefore, the military and governments labeled all those extraterrestrial species as “hostile” and began an extremely aggressive policy towards any alien vehicle that entered the earth’s atmosphere or tried to contact civilians, devising absurd xenophobic agendas such as the fake alien invasion and implementing public disinformation campaigns on the UFO phenomenon, according to which the ETs did not exist and if they did exist they were all hostile.

2- What happened next?  This outcome caused a great sorrow to the EBENS and to the entire benevolent extraterrestrial community.  The EBENS, who had helped to create and protect the human species in the past, wanted to reunite with the earthlings and introduce humanity to a new era of cosmic brotherhood, or to make it access a new evolutionary step.  But it was not possible and if in ancient times, every time they returned to visit the Earth showing themselves explicitly, people welcomed them with open arms, today if they even try to appear with their spacecraft on planet Earth they are shooted by the military.  This is extremely sad and unacceptable.  While the military and the corrupt powerful élite prevent them from accessing the planet and giving them the opportunity to reunite with humanity, the latter is left in degradation and ignorance, unable to evolve and made increasingly primitive, frustrating all the goals of universal evolution and cosmic peace that are at the apex of the benevolent extraterrestrial agendas, the same ones that had seeded and preserved humanity and other terrestrial living species on other planets.
3- What are EBENS from a biological point of view?  What are the so-called “greys” instead?  EBENS are biological organic beings like humans and are a peaceful species, protector of humanity.  “Grey aliens” do not exist (literally these are EBE’s words). The greys, conceived as biosynthetic entities endowed with an “hive” mind and a pyramidal organization of despotic type, whose Agenda would be to subjugate humanity and to transfigure the human beings in their image and likeness (NWO, the only government totalitarian world, remote mind control of human beings, transhumanism, etc.) are actually “Avatars”, i.e. automatons created in the laboratory by evil human beings and/or evil ETs to deceive both military and politicians and intelligence agents with low clearance, inducing them to brand all extraterrestrials as hostile, to corroborate the phenomenon of forced “alien abductions” and other similar phenomena, to pass off the EBENS (categorized as “Greys” according to some military and ufological classifications) and other benevolent ETs as holders of evil intentions towards humankind and finally to cover up the real culprits of the dark agendas, attributing the blame to the “aliens”, thus protecting the powerful and corrupt humans of the Deep State, who are the real responsibles of all the misfortunes that current humanity is going through in spite of itself.  These “greys” are actually biosynthetic entities, remotely controlled by operators who mentally connect with an electronic interface to them, similar to what is shown in the film Avatar. The plan of the Deep State is to gradually replace humans with automatons remotedly controlled by a regressive/despotic AI. (As I will explain next, unfortunately they have almost already accomplished this goal.)

4- Do extraterrestrials cooperate with governments or the military today?  Real benevolent extraterrestrials do not currently cooperate with the government, military, or other non-governmental entities such as the Deep State corporations.  As stated earlier between the real aliens and the Earth leadership èlite (those in power) there was a disagreement during the last century.  The EBENS and other benevolent ETs species had no intention of collaborating in their destructive agendas against humanity itself.  So they stopped providing them with artifacts and information.  Since then extraterrestrials were no longer allowed to access the planet in physical form as previously (during ancient Eras): this can only be done secretly, for monitoring and protection operations (such as defusing nuclear devices or stopping volcanic eruptions) in stealth asset or total invisibility.  In fact, if the ETs were revealed in 3D, they would be immediately tracked by radar and neutrino detectors, and then immediately shooted by military.  The same would happen if they try to physically contact civilians as they did up until the 1970s, when military radars weren’t yet as powerful and governments’ xenophobic agendas weren’t as aggressive towards them.
5- Will it be necessary for you to intervene militarily on the planet in the future?  It will certainly be necessary.  You know why.  We will certainly carry out the intervention reluctantly, because contrary to what the powerful ones who govern you in such an aberrant way want to do, we abhor war and it is a road that we take very reluctantly, trying in any case to make as few victims as possible to the detriment of human beings. We are not warmongers and war is never the answer, it is always the last resort possible and thinkable.  But at this point, I think it’s inevitable.  Your leaders will forcibly drag us into a conflict we never wanted to participate in.  Eventually to protect you we will have to intervene.  You know why and how it will happen, there is no need to explain it to you.
6- I’d like to be reborn on your home planet… May I?  You would be welcome.  But unfortunately first you have to come back here to Earth and finish what you started.  You know it.  You will have to help and support us from the ground.  It will be difficult, I know, it will be difficult for us too, don’t doubt it.  But you will have to make this effort.  It is necessary, but we will help you.  That’s why we’re here, don’t worry.  I know that like us you hate war and conflicts and therefore the idea of being reborn as a soldier and enlisting in a war repels you… Who with a minimum of common sense would be happy about it?!  It is obvious that you are not happy to do it and exactly like us you do it reluctantly… And this is perhaps also the reason why you are not comfortable on Earth, where on the contrary people are prone to conflict, unfortunately they love  conflict and war, while you have a completely different kind of mentality.  In that sense yours is not a “human” mind, like that of most of the people around you, but it is much more similar to ours.  So we understand you, we understand your disappointment and your discomfort, which is also ours.
7- Is EBEN 1, the Zetareticulian, still alive?  Or did he die in 1952 as the Roswell reports say?  No, EBEN 1 is still alive.  His spirit is alive and you can talk with him whenever you want.  It makes no difference to us between being alive in a biological body or being alive in the Ether with an impalpable body made of Ether.  Our way of existence and above all our understanding about existence (life) is different from yours, from what you have on Earth, where unfortunately you are endowed with uncontrolled minds who know nothing of how things work in the cosmos and in the universe, beyond matter. And indeed by knowing little about Ether and everything which goes beyond matter, you also know very little of matter itself.
